7 Seas is led by joint Managing Directors, Lorna Leeson, and Charlotte Dahl. Why two? We believe in the Power of two. The idea that two people with shared vision and values but with different yet complementary skill sets and experience are so much greater than the sum of the whole. And that is us.  

Charlotte with a background in advertising, who fell out of love with it and in love with organisational culture, employee experience and bringing the quality and insight and brand-led approach of external marketing into internal communications.  

Lorna who, after two decades in people and transformation leadership roles, quit to start her own Change, Coaching and OD practice, because she felt passionately there had to be a way work could work better for humans, and we could all have more fun along the way. 

We realised together we had the breadth and depth of experience to look at culture holistically and from all angles. Providing all the expertise organisations need to drive meaningful culture change and employee engagement, from one agile, results orientated consultancy. 

The work we have done for clients so far together supported by our wonderful team has been transformational. 

We present and podcast. We write and publish on culture. We speak at industry and client events. We chair conferences and sit on industry judging panels. We win awards with our clients for the impact we’ve made on their organisation.
